Mission

The P.E.A.R.L. Girls and T.I.E. Guys Youth Project will bridge the gap between home training and formal education for children, young adults, and their parents by preparing them to become well-rounded men and women of success while expanding their horizons through life skills and cultural exposure while increasing self-awareness.

Vision

P.E.A.R.L. Girls and T.I.E. Guys will provide life skills and cultural exposure to children ages 7-18, young adults 18-25, and parents throughout the DC, MD, and VA area and throughout the United States. This will be accomplished by developing chapters/divisions throughout the United States in partnership with professionals in its surrounding community. Through this partnership, P.E.A.R.L. Girls & T.I.E. Guys will assist the community reforming and promoting the village that raising the child by creating a forum for professionals to support parents/guardians in raising successful and well-rounded minority children through education, mentorship, scholarships, internship opportunities, and community events.
